Terms and Conditions - Pet Care Services

Welcome to our pet care service! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services: We offer pet sitting services for all pets up to the size of a large dog. Upon request, we may be able to accommodate larger animals. Our services include feeding, walking, pet and house sitting, pet transportation, and pet photography. We are also capable of administering medications orally, rectally, or via injection.

2. Service Areas: We currently operate in the Southeast valley of Phoenix and in North County of San Diego.

3. Reservations: Reservations can be made on the same day care is needed, but to secure a spot, it is advised to book as far in advance as possible. Reservations can only be made after payments are made.

4. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a late charge.

5. Rates: Our rates for services are as displayed in the "Services" section of our website. Additional charges may apply for specific requests or additional care required.

6. Disclaimer of Liability: We care for your pets with the utmost attention and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to the pets while under our care. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and updated information regarding their pet's health and behavior to help ensure their well-being. We are insured by PSA (Pet Sitters Associates).

7. Proof of Vaccination: Before house sitting occurs, clients must provide proof of vaccination for their pets to ensure the health and safety of all animals in our care.

8. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact the client directly. However, if we are unable to reach the client, we reserve the right to make decisions on behalf of the pet's well-being. Additionally, we will contact the emergency veterinary services number provided by the client.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy: Client information will not be shared with anyone unless otherwise stated. However, we may use photos of pets (with no identifying information) on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use such photos.

10. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to our service, including training manuals and other proprietary materials, are protected. Unauthorized use or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and us regarding the use of our pet sitting services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
